Gold Award Homes offer our clients four (4) inclusions options when selecting their home. Gold Award Standard sets the benchmark in the industry by offering the best inclusions, but allows our clients to complete their homes to their own individual style and taste. Our Investor Edge Inclusions allows those who just want the basics but without compromising on build quality.
Our new Turnkey Inclusions add to our flexibility and allow our clients to feel comfortable in the fact that they are buying a new home package that will be ready to move into upon completion. So whatever your needs, you will be sure to find a Gold Award Inclusions Package to suit.
