Gold Award Homes have a simple philosophy:
"To build the best possible homes, for the best possible price, to suit each clients’ individual needs!"
How we achieve this is what sets us apart from the rest.
Gold Award Homes are committed to Respect, Fairness, Honesty and Accuracy, to all dealings with all customers. These combined aims, cast as a culture amongst all Staff, Suppliers, Subcontractors and Associates, ensure customer satisfaction, exceptional consistent quality, and true value for money.
When you get a quote from any builder, ensure you ask if ALL fees, charges and local requirements have been included. Some items that may be missing include - Water connection fees, Energy efficiency requirements, and certification costs.
Did you know that it is not mandatory to have your footings and slab inspected by a qualified engineer? The only way to ensure quality is to have an engineer inspection prior to the concrete pour. If a builder only allows for ‘a level S class site’, and you don’t have such a block, you can expect extra costs to be charged later.
Remember it’s often the out-of-sight components and techniques that ultimately decide the true quality of a home. For example, by having physical barrier termite protection, you need not worry about chemicals or reapplication. Termites cause more damage to homes than natural disasters, yet your household insurance usually won’t cover the damage caused by them.
